Hi, I’m Nadia—a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS/ARDMS), educator, mentor, and proud dog mom. I have more than 10 years of clinical experience in echocardiography, including advanced cardiac imaging, structural heart procedures, and high-acuity hospital settings. While I’m proud of my clinical career, my greatest passion is educating others and helping sonographers become confident, knowledgeable, and successful.

I understand how overwhelming cardiac sonography can sometimes feel—whether you are a student learning the fundamentals, a new graduate adjusting to clinical practice, or an experienced sonographer preparing for a registry examination. I have experienced many of those challenges myself, which is why I strive to provide the guidance, encouragement, and practical support I wish every sonographer could receive.

My teaching style is warm, supportive, and personalized. I meet each student where they are and create an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing at their own pace. Instead of relying solely on memorization, I help students truly understand cardiac anatomy, pathology, Doppler, hemodynamics, scanning techniques, and how these concepts connect in real clinical situations.

Through MyEchoEd, I offer individualized one-on-one tutoring for RDCS and CCI registry preparation, clinical skill development, and the real-world application of echocardiography concepts. Every session is tailored to the student’s needs, goals, and learning style.

When I’m not working in echo or creating educational resources, you can usually find me spending time with my dog. Being a dog mom is one of the many joys in my life and reflects the caring, patient, and nurturing spirit I bring to my teaching.

My goal is simple: to help sonographers believe in themselves, strengthen their skills, and feel empowered to build successful and fulfilling careers in echocardiography.
